1. HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?

As this is the official online store of Jewelsify Commerce Pvt. Ltd, all our products are certified so here we guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true. Our finest pieces of gold are BIS certified and our diamond jewellery is certified by IGI, EGL or HRD and the Solitaires by GIA, IGI or HRD. All the names are renowned and prestigious for gold and diamond certification. Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased from Jewelsify.com.

2. WHICH SIZES SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Most rings and bangles are sold by size. Please refer to our sizing charts for further details.

3. ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the gemstones used in products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.

4. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES JEWELSIFY.COM ACCEPT?

We accept all Visa cards, Master Cards, credit and debit cards. For Indian payments we also offer Cash on Delivery. If you are not able to pay via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail and we will send you options to pay via bank transfer.

6. WHY DO I NEED TO RE-ENTER MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS WHEN I ADD A NEW ADDRESS?

For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). 8. DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

If value of the item is high, yes.

9. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

10. CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Yes, you may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet dispatched your order. If we have already dispatched your goods you will need to make a new order.

11. HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

12.HOW THE PRICE OF A COLOURED DIAMOND DETERMINED?

Retail pricing is generally set by observing the prices of the competition, but prices depend on several factors:

  • 1. Hue (the rarer the colour, the greater the cost).
  • 2. Richness or saturation of the colour (ranging from very light to light to intense to vivid).
  • 3. Purity of the colour (whether the colour is bright and clear, or clouded) Availability.
13. WHAT IS BOW-TIE EFFECT?

The bow tie effect, visible to the bare eye, is often detected in marquise, oval, pear and some heart-shaped diamonds. The bow tie looks like two trilateral dark shapes joined at a point in the center of the stone. It is caused by disparities in the pavilion facet angles that are longer than wider. If protuberant, it is considered a negative factor. In a well-cut diamond its exterior should be minimal or absent and certainly not a distraction.

14. WHAT IS THE SYNTHETIC DIAMOND?

Real diamonds have been shaped naturally through intense levels of heat and pressure deep within the earth. All natural diamonds are thought to be between 70 million and 3 billion years old. They are mined, cut and polished by highly experienced craftsmen, and are not otherwise interfered with. Synthetic or 'cultured' diamonds are created in the laboratory. All synthetic or 'cultured' diamonds must legally be declared as such. Jewelsify.com offers only real and natural diamonds.

15. WHAT ARE CONFLICT DIAMONDS?

There exists an illegal trade in diamonds in some parts of the world, and the money is used to fund conflicts (war and other outrages). These diamonds are called conflict diamonds or blood diamonds. Jewelsify Commerce Pvt Ltd is intensely opposed to this trade in every form. We strive to assure that every diamond we sell is 'conflict-free'.

16. HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your Indian regulations and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay the additional custom duty value to the courier company in order to receive your order.

For orders shipped within India, prices are inclusive of 1% VAT.
